The Giant Steps Through Athletics Program is a youth-led prevention program facilitated throughout Westchester County dedicated to teaching student-athletes the dynamics of domestic violence and the significance to understanding how society’s expectations can be harmful to their self-esteem. In addition, the program supports student-athletes as they challenge and question norms and change these dynamics in their sport, on their teams and throughout their communities.
