The Immigration Practice specializes in providing a range of legal services to immigrant victims of domestic violence and human trafficking.

Immigration law attorneys assist clients with green cards, work permits, and other immigration benefits that will allow them to stay in the United States legally, including the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) self-petitions, Petitions for U (U visa) and T (T Visa) Nonimmigrant Status, Battered Spouse Waivers, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), and Asylum cases.

We also represent clients in immigration proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review and provide advocacy on behalf of clients in the course of representation.  MSP conducts U- Visa and U Adjustment clinics with various law firms and legal practitioners from corporate legal departments to assist undocumented immigrant crime victims file applications for legal immigration status.
