CLS attorneys work with our Human Trafficking Program to secure benefits for clients and their children to assist them with their various housing, medical, and legal needs. Most foreign national victims of trafficking qualify for legal relief and obtain legal immigration status, such as a Trafficking, or “T” Visa, as a result of their cooperation with law enforcement in the investigation and prosecution of the crime. CLS attorneys represent these victims in obtaining legal status.
MSP’s attorneys and advocates in collaboration with Federal, State, and local law enforcement, assist victims of human trafficking in building a legal case against their trafficker.
Additionally, our attorneys and advocates also provide referrals for other necessary supportive services to benefit the victims.
