New Ro Runners have chosen My Sisters’ Place to be the beneficiary of 2017 North Avenue Mile. This annual race will test accomplished veterans of track and trail while giving new runners, kids, and families the thrill of running in a professionally managed, electronically timed USATF certified one-mile road race through the heart of historic New Rochelle.
Starting at Paine Cottage, heading south on North Avenue, it’s a one mile course past New Rochelle High School on your right and then Iona College on your left, finishing up in front of picturesque, historic City Hall.

As you may know, the LGBTQ community is deeply affected by domestic violence and sexual assault. MSP is committed to eradicating domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking in all communities, and the Junior Board is excited about this opportunity to raise funds for MSP and raise awareness about domestic violence in the LGBTQ community. And we want you to join us!
